It felt good to finally get on the elliptical machine. The weather was nice enough that I thought about getting on the bike, but the elliptical is fine.
Food Log
Breakfast: 11:30am, 5 mins after waking up
Peanut Toffee Clif bar, 12 oz. Citrus Drop
Lunch: 3:15pm, 3:45 after Breakfast
6″ Subway Turkey on Herb and Cheese (lettuce, tomato, pickles, American cheese, salt, and pepper), Spicy Chipotle Sun Chips, 16 oz. Orange Fanta
Snack: 5:30pm, 2:15 after Lunch
Jack Links Teriyaki Beef Jerky, 16 oz. water
Dinner: 8:00pm, 2:30 after Snack
2 Wendy’s Double Stacks, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime
Snack: 12:45am, 4:45 after Dinner
Yoplait Light White Chocolate Strawberry yogurt, 16 oz. water
Sleep Log
I was really, really late last night/morning. I finally managed to go to bed around 5am, this morning. Fortunately, I did fall asleep pretty quickly. I didn’t feel too bad when I got up, which was a little surprising.
