Up and down day today, though mainly up. I felt pretty good this morning, but then started to get a headache and a stiff neck by late afternoon. I did some stretching, which helped a bit, and then headed out to the Kludy’s place to workout on the bowflex. The headache and neck pain went away, but my back feels a little tight now.

Breakfast: 9:20am, 5 mins after waking up
2 waffles w/syrup, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop
Snack: 12:25pm, 3:05 after Breakfast
Yoplait Light Strawberry Shortcake yogurt, 16 oz. water
Lunch: 2:30pm, 2:05 after Snack
2 Morningstar Farms Garden Veggie burgers on wheat bread, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime
Snack: 5:35pm, 3:05 after Lunch
Chocolate Chip Peanut Crunch Clif bar, 16 oz. water
Water: 8:15pm, 16 oz.
Water: 9:30pm, 16 oz.
Dinner: 10:00pm, 4:25 after Snack

Sleep Log
My cat actually woke me up this morning. Since I felt pretty decent, I decided to stay up even though I had another 20 minutes or so before the alarm would go off. I did manage to get to bed just before 3am and fell asleep pretty quickly.
Exercise Log
Bowflex: 8:15pm
It had been a while since I had hit the Bowflex, so I didn’t push myself too hard. I did bench press, rows, military press, lat pull down, biceps, triceps, abs, and obliques. Even though I took it somewhat easy on the bench and military press, I was completely wiped out on the triceps kickback. My back is still a little tight, so I might end up going back to the chiropractor again this week.
