I had a really busy day at work today, as I prepared to take the next two days off. There was lots of stuff to finish up, but it is nice to know that I shouldn’t be getting any calls from work while I am out. Even with everything that was going on, I felt like a did a decent job eating. I need to try and expand the breakfast and first snack choices, but it is working so far.
Food Log
Breakfast: 10:20am, 10 mins after waking up
2 waffles w/syrup, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop
Snack: 1:10pm, 2:50 after Breakfast
Chocolate Chip Clif bar, 16 oz. water
Lunch: 3:30pm, 2:20 after Snack
Chicken Pot Pie, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime
Snack: 6:05pm, 2:35 after Lunch
banana, 16 oz. water
Dinner: 8:30pm, 2:25 after Snack
Spaghetti w/meat sauce, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime
Water: 11:15pm, 20 oz.
Water: 12:25am, 16 oz.
Sleep Log
I went to bed at 2:40am last night, but didn’t fall asleep right away. It was probably a little after 3am before that happened. I was really tired when the alarm went off this morning, but screwed up the snooze button. That meant I got up a little after 10am, which is about a half-hour later than what I had hoped.
Exercise Log
Elliptical Machine: 11:15pm
Time: 30 mins, Calories: 400, quads started out a little stiff, felt really good after about 5 mins
