Food Log

Breakfast: 1:00pm, 15 mins after taking up
Jimmy Dean’s Sausage, Egg, Biscuit sandwich, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop

Lunch: 3:15pm, 2:15 after Breakfast
1.5 Morningstar Farms Garden Veggie burgers on wheat bread, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime

Snack: 6:00pm, 2:45 after Lunch
Chocolate Chip Peanut Clif bar, 16 oz. water

Dinner: 8:00pm, 2:00 after Snack
Arby’s Chicken Bacon and Swiss sandwich, curly fries, 16 oz. Root Beer

Water: 11:30pm, 16 oz.

Snack: 1:00am, 5:00 after Dinner
apple, 16 oz. water

Sleep Log

I got lots of sleep here, which was somewhat surprising. I was in bed by 1:30am, and feel asleep right away. However, I then slept until almost 1pm. I did feel really good when I got up, which isn’t always true after getting that much sleep.

Exercise Log

Time: 30 mins, Calories: 409, felt really good from the beginning
