Hometown Buffet wouldn’t have been my first choice for today. But since it was for my mom’s birthday, it was where I ended up. I tried to be reasonable with portion sizes, but it was still a lot of food. On a positive note, the last two days on the elliptical machine have felt really good.
Food Log
Breakfast: 11:00am, 10 mins after taking up
Jimmy Dean’s Sausage, Egg, Biscuit sandwich, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop
Snack: 12:30pm, 1:30 after Breakfast
Snickers with Almonds, 16 oz. water
Lunch: 2:30pm, 2:00 after Snack
Hometown Buffet: bourbon chicken, green beans, mac & cheese, cole slaw, tortellini w/shrimp, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, cheddar biscuit, chocolate cookie, strawberry shortcake, 32 oz. Root Beer, 12 oz. water
Dinner: 9:30pm, 7:00 after Lunch
2 Wendy’s Double Stacks, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime
Water: 11:45pm, 16 oz.
Water: 12:30am, 16 oz.
Sleep Log
Since I slept so late yesterday, I wasn’t exactly in a rush to get to bed last night. I’m sure the late exercise didn’t exactly help either. I managed to get to bed around 3:30am. I got up after only hitting the snooze button twice, which I didn’t think was too bad.

Elliptical Machine: 11:45pm
Time: 30 mins, Calories: 409, legs were a little tight at the beginning, but felt good overall
