I had a massage schedule for this afternoon, and I really needed to be stretched out. My lower back had been tight for a while, and the workouts on the elliptical were not helping that. They weren’t making it worse, but definitely not helping either. My back felt much better afterward though.

Food Log

Breakfast: 9:45am, 10 mins after waking up
2 waffles w/syrup, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop

Lunch: 1:15pm, 3:30 after Breakfast
China Taste chicken w/broccoli, steamed rice, egg roll, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime

Snack: 3:00pm, 1:45 after Lunch
Double Chocolate Chip, 16 oz. water

Snack: 6pm, 3:00 after Snack
Black Cherry Almond Clif bar, 16 oz. water

Dinner: 8:30pm, 2:30 after snack
2 Morningstar Farms Original Grillers on wheat bread, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime

Sleep Log

I managed to get to bed somewhat early for me, at 2:15am. But I couldn’t sleep right away and it was almost 3am the last time I saw the alarm clock. The scheduled massage meant that I was supposed to have the morning off from work, but that didn’t exactly happen. Since I knew I still had to do some work and wanted to get on the elliptical machine, I did get up without hitting the snooze button at all.

Exercise Log

Elliptical Machine: 11:10am
Time: 30 mins, Calories: 400, originally wanted to do 45, but work keep me busy too close to my noon appointment. It kind of felt weird to exercise so early in the day.
