Food Log

Breakfast: 11:40am, 10 mins after waking up
2 waffles w/syrup, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop

Lunch: 5:00pm, 5:20 after Breakfast
Subway 6 inch Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki (lettuce, tomato, onion, sweet onion sauce) on Italian, Sun Chips Spicy Chipotle Chips, 16 oz. Orange Fanta

Snack: 7:30pm
Snickers w/almond (king size), 16 oz. water

Snacking at Kludys: 7:30pm through 11:15pm
4 Snickers (bite sized), single Dorito chip, 16 oz. water

Dinner: 11:30pm
2 McDonald’s Double Cheeseburgers, 16 oz. water

Sleep Log

Pretty typical night, since I went to bed around 3am. I did set the alarm later than normal since I didn’t have anything planned before the OSU game.

Exercise Log

took the day off, which felt like I took two days in row off after the early workout yesterday
