The plan currently is to get on the scale every Monday and Thursday. I like weighing myself on Mondays, because that is a good reality check of the weekend. Thursdays seems like a good day to jump on the scale again to check mid-week progress. Today the scale said 253, which is another couple of pounds. I’m feeling pretty good about continuing to make progress even with all the social events I have been to over the month.
Food Log
Breakfast: 10am, 5 minutes after waking up
2 waffles w/syrup, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop
Snack: 1:30pm, 3:30 after breakfast
Peanut Toffee Buzz Clif Bar, 16 oz. water
Lunch: 4pm, 2:30 after snack
1/2 Fazolis Penne Pasta w/Meat Sauce, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime
Dinner: 7:10pm, 3:10 after lunch
Wendy’s Southwest Taco salad, 16 oz. Sprite
Snack: 10pm, 2:50 after dinner
1 piece chocolate cake, 2 small brownies, 8 oz. white milk
Water: 10:30pm, 16 oz.
Snack: 11:30pm, 1:30 after snack
banana, 16 oz. water
Sleep Log
I didn’t actually go to bed until around 2:45am, which was probably fine. The way I felt, I don’t think I would have fallen asleep very quickly anyway. I had a chiropractor appointment this morning, so I got up a bit before 10am.
