Really, really, really need to get back at this. As great as I felt in September, I felt almost as bad in October. Nothing really major, just a combination of little things that really added up. Mostly, I say it was the crappy weather that did the most damage. The rain and cold meant that the bike riding came to an end. I never caught a cold, but it was a close thing at the beginning of the month. Spending time on an airplane to Denver probably didn’t help that any at all. There was also some changes in medication, which my body didn’t seem to like at all.
Those little things completely got me out of the habits that I was trying to build in September. I’m not completely back to square one, as I am still down 9.5 pounds from Sep 1st. Of course, that means I am up 4 pounds from where I was on Sep 24. Considering how little I exercised, how poorly I ate, and how crappy I felt, only 4 pounds felt like a minor victory when I got on the scale.

Breakfast: 9:30am, 10 mins after waking up
2 waffles with syrup, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop
Snack: 1:30pm, 4:00 after after Breakfast
Chocolate Chip Clif Bar, 16 oz. water
Lunch: 4:55pm, 3:25 after Snack
2 Morning Star Farms Chik Patties on wheat bread, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime
Dinner: 8:00pm, 3:05 after Lunch
Blackened Alaska Salmon, mixed veggies, yellow rice, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime
Snack: 10:15pm, 2:15 after Dinner
Double Chocolate cookie, 16 oz. water
Snack: 11:00pm, 0:45 after Snack

Sleep Log
I had a very hard time getting to sleep last night. Even with DST over the weekend, I have struggled to get to bed at a decent time. Part of the reason last night, as I was doing a lot of planning for today. I took the day off from work and had several errands to run. My mind was racing, trying to add new things to the to-do list. Predictably, this led to being tired this morning and dragging big time. I was fine once I got out of the house, but getting started was a struggle.
Exercise Log
I took the day off. I will probably take tomorrow off as well, and then try to get back into it on Thursday after my chiropractor appointment.
