Not a whole lot to report today. I was kind of tired right after I got off work, but not enough to want to take a nap.

Food Log

Breakfast: 10:00am, 5 mins after waking up
Peanut Toffee Buzz Clif Bar, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop

Lunch: 2:00pm, 4:00 after Breakfast
2 Morningstar Farms Garden Veggie burgers on wheat bread, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime

Water: 5:00pm, 16 oz.

Dinner: 6:00pm, 4:00 after Lunch
Subway 6″ Turkey on wheat (cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, salt and pepper), Spicy Chipotle Sun Chips, 16 oz. Orange Fanta

Snack: 9:37pm, 3:37 after Dinner
Chocolate Fiber One bar, 16 oz. water

Snack: 12:40am, 3:03 after Snack
3 Musketeers bar, 16 oz. water

Sleep Log

Slept much better last night. I stayed up until almost 3am, but feel asleep pretty quickly after I did go to bed. I only hit the snooze button once this morning, getting up just before 10am. I can live with that.

Exercise Log

I took the day off, as expected.
