Food Log

Breakfast: 9:30am, 10 mins after taking up
Jimmy Dean’s Sausage, Egg, Biscuit sandwich, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop

Lunch: 12:30pm, 3:00 after Breakfast
1.5 Morningstar Farms Chik Patties on wheat bread, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime

Snack: 4:45pm, 4:15 after Lunch
Peanut Butter Balance bar, 16 oz. water

Dinner: 8:30pm, 3:45 after Snack
Panera Bacon Turkey Bravo, chips, 16 oz. Sierra Mist

Snack: 11:00pm, 2:30 after Dinner
apple, 16 oz. water

Sleep Log

I went to bed around 3am, but had a hard time falling asleep. Not really sure how late it was before that actually happened. I did manage to get up on time this morning though, as I turned the alarm off instead of hitting snooze. Fortunately, I was awake enough to realize it, but not awake enough to mess with resetting the alarm. So I just went and ate breakfast instead of going back to sleep.
