I had a doctor’s appointment today to review the food/sleep/exercise logging. While he was pleased that I was tracking everything, there were the obvious streaks of days with a lot of fast food. He main suggestion was to go back and review the calories/fat content of some of the items that I eat regularly.

Food Log

Breakfast: 9:45am, 10 mins after waking up
Chocolate Chip Peanut Clif bar, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop

Lunch: 12:30pm, 2:45 after Breakfast
Peppercorn Turkey slices on wheat bread, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime

Snack: 3:40pm, 3:10 after Lunch
Yogurt Peanut Balance Bar, 16 oz. water

Dinner: 6:30pm, 2:50 after Snack
Mexican Lasagna, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime

Snack: 9:30pm, 3:00 after Dinner
Caramel Fiber One bar, 16 oz. water

Water: 11:55pm, 16 oz.

Water: 1:00am, 16 oz.

Sleep Log

I didn’t sleep too bad last night. I was in bed a little before 3am and asleep a little after that. Since I had the doctor’s appointment, that was some decent motivation to not hit the snooze button.

Exercise Log

Elliptical Machine: 11:55pm
Time: 45 mins, Calories: 737, body thought it was done at the 30 min mark, but around 33 min got back into a good pace
