The scale finally showed a number lower than Sept. 24, so that was nice. It is probably no coincidence that happened the day after I did 45 mins on the elliptical machine.

Food Log

Breakfast: 10:25am, 10 mins after waking up
2 waffles w/syrup, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop

Snack: 11:55am, 1:30 after Breakfast
Yoplait Light Orange Creme yogurt, 16 oz. water

Lunch: 2:30pm, 2:35 after Snack
2 Morningstar Farms Chik Patties on wheat bread, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime

Dinner: 7:00pm, 4:30 after Lunch
Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Pasta w/olives, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime

Snack: 10:30pm, 3:30 after Dinner
almond butter and strawberry jelly sandwich on wheat bread, 16 oz. water

Sleep Log

I wasn’t very tired last night and it was 3:30am before I knew it. I did manage to fall asleep fairly quickly once I was in bed, but it was probably close to 4am. As a result, I did hit the snooze button a few extra times this morning.
