Logs for the 22nd and 23rd
I had intended to type up a review of what I thought worked over the program, but just didn’t get to it yet. So here are the logs for the last couple of days
Sept. 22
Food Log
Breakfast: 9:15am, 15 minutes after waking up
2 waffles w/syrup, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop
Lunch: 1pm, 3:45 after breakfast
Max & Erma’s Grilled Gourmet Swiss and Mushrooms Chicken Sandwich (lettuce, tomato, onions), french fries, water (think there were two refills), half piece Triple Chocolate Cake
Water: 4pm, 16 oz. while chatting with my sister
Dinner: 8pm, 7:00 after lunch
Subway 6 inch Turkey Sub (American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, Spicy Chiplote Sun Chips, 16 oz. Fanta
Snack: 12:30pm, 4:30 after dinner
Strawberry Fiber One bar, 16 oz. water
Sleep Log
I once again had trouble falling asleep. My body just really wasn’t tired at 2am, and it was well after 3am before I was out. Then the phone rang at 8:30am this morning. Normally I would have ignored it and just gone back to sleep. However since I was watching my nephew today, I got up to see if it was my sister or brother-in-law calling about that. It wasn’t, but I couldn’t fall back asleep. Then I was tired and dragged most of the day.

Food Log
Breakfast: 9:45am, 5 minutes after waking up
Peanut Toffee Buzz Clif Bar, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop
Lunch 1:30pm, 3:45 after breakfast
2 Morningstar Farms Mushroom Lovers Burgers on wheat bread, 16 oz. water
Snack: 4:30pm, 3:00 after lunch
Yoplait Light yogurt, 16 oz. water
Dinner: 8pm, 3:30 after snack
1/2 Fazolis Penne Pasta w/Meat Sauce, 2 breadsticks, 16 oz. water
Snack: 11pm, 3:00 after dinner
apple, 16 oz. water
Water: 11:45pm, 16 oz. during workout
Water: 12:30am, 16 oz. after workout
Sleep Log
Once again I was in bed around 2am, but I had a hard time actually falling asleep. I did manage to get up after only hitting the snooze button twice.
