Food Log

Breakfast: 9:55am, 5 mins after waking up
2 waffles w/syrup, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop

Lunch: 1:30pm, 3:35 after Breakfast
Ham and Swiss sandwich, Yoplait Light Pineapple yogurt, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime

Snack: 4:00pm, 2:30 after Lunch
Peanut Toffee Buzz Clif bar, 16 oz. water

Dinner: 7:00pm, 3:00 after snack
2 Wendy’s Chrispy Chicken Sandwiches, 16 oz. Sprite

Snack: 9:00pm, 2:00 after dinner
2 handfuls of Peppercorn Ranch Sun Chips, 16 oz. water

Snack: 12:15am, 3:15 after Snack
Chocolate Fiber One bar, 16 oz. water

Sleep Log

I was very tired when I got up this morning. That might have been impacted by the trip to the chiropractor, where I essentially laid around for the first 40 minutes or so there. I didn’t have any trouble falling asleep, but I was up a little past 3am. Only hit the snooze once to get up a bit before 10am.

Exercise Log

I actually took today off as well. My back didn’t feel tight after going to the chiropractor, but did feel a little tender. That isn’t that unusual though.
