And the Thanksgiving eating has officially begun. The scale said 252.5 yesterday, and the goal is to have it be no higher than that on Monday. That might mean I need to get on the elliptical machine a lot this week.
Food Log
Breakfast: 9:30am, 5 mins after waking up
almond butter and jelly sandwich on wheat, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop
Lunch: 12:30pm, 3:00 after Breakfast
turkey on sourdough (lettuce, tomato, cheedar), 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime
Snack: 5:00pm, 4:30 after Lunch
Yoplait Light White Chocolate Strawberry yogurt, 16 oz. water
Dinner: 7:15pm through 10:15pm, 2:15 after Snack
Church group Thanksgiving: turkey, mash potatoes, sweet potatoes, cole slaw, corn bake, bread, pumpkin roll, chocolate chip cookie, 32 oz. Sierra Mist

I feel asleep pretty quickly last night. I was in bed by 2:45am and probably asleep around 3am.
