Food Log
Breakfast: 9:30am, 5 mins after waking up
almond butter and jelly sandwich on wheat, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop
Lunch: 1:00pm, 3:30 after Breakfast
Max & Erma’s Gourmet Chicken Sandwhich (lettuce, tomato, onions, swiss, mushrooms), fries, 16 oz. water
Snack: 5:50pm, 4:50 after Lunch
Jack Links Teriyaki Beef Jerky, 16 oz. water
Dinner: 7:30pm, 1:40 after Snack
Arby’s Chicken Bacon and Swiss sandwich, curly fries, 16 oz. Root Beer
Water: 10:15pm, 16 oz.
Water: 11:40pm, 16 oz.
Sleep Log
I slept pretty well last again last night. I was in bed around 2:30am and probably asleep within 15 minutes or so. I was watching my nephew today, so I actually had an incentive to not hit the snooze button this morning.
Exercise Log
Elliptical Machine: 10:15pm
Time: 45 mins, Calories: 761, this was the best I’ve felt at the end of a 45 min workout so far
