I got to try out the suggestion about the bread and the veggie burgers. I only had two slices of bread when I made lunch today, so one veggie burger on bread and one without. I also took a little closer look at the differences between the Fiber One and Kashi bars. Both have about the same amount of caleries and fat grams. However, the Fiber One bar has more carbs, fiber obviously, while the Kashi bar has more protein.

Breakfast: 9:30am, 5 mins after waking up
Chocolate Chip Clif bar, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop

Lunch: 2:00pm, 4:30 after Breakfast
Morningstar Farms Garden Veggie burgers on wheat bread, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime

Dinner: 7:00pm, 5:00 after Lunch
Wendy’s Southwest Taco salad, 16 oz. Sprite

Water: 9:30pm, 16 oz.

Snack: 11:30pm, 4:30 after Dinner
Chocolate Fiber One bar, 20 oz. water

Sleep Log

I wasn’t as I expected, considering how I had slept the night before. However, I was in bed by 3am and fell asleep pretty quickly. No issues getting up for my chiropractor appointment though.
