Food Log

Breakfast: 10:30am, 5 mins after waking up
Amy’s Breakfast Scramble Wrap (tofu, vegetables, cheese), 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop

Lunch: 2:00pm, 3:30 after Breakfast
2 Morningstar Farms Garden Veggie burgers on wheat bread (2 slices total), 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime

Dinner: 7:00pm, 5:00 after Lunch
Subway 6 inch Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki (lettuce, tomato, onion, sweet onion sauce) on wheat, cookie chip cookie, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime

Snack: 11:00am, 4:00 after Dinner
Chocolate Fiber One bar, 16 oz. water

Snack: 1:00am, 2:00 after Snack
Kashi TLC Chewy Trail Mix Granola bar, 16 oz. water

Sleep Log

I slept pretty well last night. I was in bed by 3am and didn’t really toss and turn at all. I was tired when the alarm went off, but still make myself get up and not hit snooze.

Exercise Log

took the day off, legs a little tight from the elliptical workout the night before
