Food Log

Breakfast: 10:30am, 5 mins after waking up
Amy’s Breakfast Burrito, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop

Lunch: 2:30pm, 4:00 after Breakfast
1 Morningstar Farms Spicy Black Bean burger on wheat bread, corn, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime

Snack: 3:15pm, 0:45 after Lunch
Kashi TLC Chewy Trail Mix Granola bar, 16 oz. water

Dinner: 7:30pm, 3:45 after Snack
meatloaf, greenbeans and mushrooms, corn, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime

Snack: 11:30pm, 4:00 after Dinner
Chocolate Fiber One bar, 16 oz. water

Sleep Log

It was a good night, as I was in bed by 3am and fell asleep rather quickly. No issues when the alarm went off this morning.

Exercise Log

took the day off as I just never got motivated to get on the elliptical
