Food Log

Breakfast: 10:10am, 5 mins after waking up
almond butter and jelly sandwhich on wheat bread, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop

Lunch: 1:00pm, 2:50 after Breakfast
2 Morningstar Farms Spicy Bean burgers (1 on wheat bread, 1 without bread), 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime

Snack: 4:00pm, 3:00 after Lunch
Kashi TLC Crunchy Honey Toasted 7 Grain Granola bar, 16 oz. water

Dinner: 8:30pm, 4:30 after Snack
Chipotle Chicken Fajita wrap (corn and tomato salsa, cheese, and lettuce), 16 oz. Sprite

Sleep Log

I had an easier time falling asleep last night, but it wasn’t any easier getting up this morning. I was in bed a little bit before 3am and fell asleep pretty quickly. However, I still hit the snooze button twice this morning.

Exercise Log

took the day off to try and go to bed earlier, with mixed results
