Jan 13, 2010 Log

My back hurt practically day while I was at work. I tried doing some back and leg stretches, but with limited success.

Food Log

Breakfast: 10:00am, 5 mins after waking up
2 waffles w/syrup, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop

Snack: 12:45pm, 2:45 after Breakfast
White Macadamia Nut Clif bar, 16 oz. water

Lunch: 2:30pm, 1:45 after Snack
2 Morningstar Farms Garden Veggie burgers on buns, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime

Snack: 5:00pm, 2:30 after Lunch
Chocolate Chip Clif bar, 16 oz. water

Dinner: 8:30pm, 3:30 after Snack
Subway 6 inch Turkey on Italian Herb and Cheese (cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, spicy mustard), Sun Chips Spicy Chipotle Chips, 21 oz. Orange Fanta

Snack: 11:30pm, 3:00 after Dinner
Chocolate Fiber One bar, 16 oz. water

Sleep Log

I was asleep before 3am, but did hit the snooze button twice this morning. I was pretty tired until the caffeine from the Citrus Drop kicked in.

Exercise Log

I took the day off. My back hurt most of the day and the legs were sore after using the elliptical yesterday.

Jan 12th, 2010 Log

I made it to the grocery store on Monday night, so I finally have some apples and bananas available again.

pasta w/Classico Traditional sauce, double chocolate chip cookie, 12 oz. Diet Lemon Lime

Kroger Chocolate and Vanilla Swirl pudding

Snack: 12:00am, 1:30 after Snack

Sleep Log

I fell asleep pretty quickly last night, a little bit before 3am. I got up when the alarm went off at 9:30am, only feeling a little tired.

Exercise Log

Elliptical Machine: 6:40pm
Time: 20 mins, Calories: 270, finally back on this thing for the first time since Dec 4th. Legs felt a little tight, but probably could have gone 30 mins. I had a 7:30 appointment that I needed to get to though.

Jan 11, 2010 Log

I guess I am back to the daily logs. Of course, the issue is that it is actually Wednesday and I have to remember what I ate two days ago. I’m not going to worry about the times for today, but I’ll start that back up tomorrow.

The weight is back over 255 over the last month. My hip never really stopped bothering me last night, and the vacation didn’t really help at all. I ate a lot and didn’t exercise.

Sleep Log

Since I got back from Florida, I have been sleeping pretty well. I have gotten to back at pretty decent time and not had a lot of trouble getting up in the morning.

Exercise Log

took the day off, but really need to get back at it
