Day 19

(I guess I never hit the publish button on this post.)

Today the program was about reading labels. I will say that is something I do need to start doing a better job of, so I’ll take a closer look at the information over the next few days.

Food Log

Breakfast: 11:40am, 5 minutes after waking up
2 waffles w/syrup, 12 oz. Diet Citrus Drop

Lunch: 2:50pm, 3:10 after breakfast
2 Morningstar Farms Mushroom Lovers Burgers, handful of baby carrots, 12 oz. Lemon Lime

Snack: 3:45pm, 2:55 after lunch
Chocolate Chip Clif Bar, 16 oz. water

Dinner: 8pm, 4:15 after snack
Jimmy V’s Turkey Melt Panini, potato chips, water (lost count of number of refills)

Snack: 12:30am, 4:30 hours after dinner
Strawberry Fiber One bar, 16 oz. water

Sleep Log

I was in bed by 2am, but didn’t get up until around 11:30am.
