Day 21, WOOO!
The 21 days are officially over, and I will say that I am feeling pretty good. The last day called for taking new measurements, but I had already done that on day eighteen. I did jump on the scale though, and finished the 21 days at 255.
I do plan to continue posting these, and I’d just like to say thank you to everyone that offered comments, suggestions, and encouragement.
Food Log
Breakfast: 9:40am, 10 minutes after waking up
Peanut Toffee Buzz Clif Bar, 12 oz. Citrus Drop
Snack: 12:50pm, 3:10 after breakfast
PBJ on one slice of wheat bread, 16 oz. water
Lunch: 3pm, 2:10 after snack
Morningstar Farm Garden Veggie Burger, green beans, Yoplait Light Raspberry Cheesecake yogurt, 16 oz. water
Dinner: 7pm, 4:00 after lunch
2 turkey sandwiches on wheat bread, 16 oz. water
Snack: 11pm, 4:00 after dinner
Strawberry Fiber One bar, 16 oz. water
Water: 1am, 16 oz.
Sleep Log
Lots of tossing and turning last night. I just wasn’t really tired, but I didn’t want to get out of bed. I was in bed by 2am, but it was pretty close to 3am (at least), before I fell asleep. I didn’t get up around 9:30am this morning without hitting the snooze button.
